Jon has over 20 years’ experience in GTM and technical recruitment, having built and led high-performing sales teams at Hays Plc and Henderson Scout (successfully exited to Search Group), he then founded Scout Global in 2024.
An established industry leader, Jon has a proven track record of scaling disruptive technology startups across North America, Europe, the UK, and APAC. He specialises in senior-level hires and complex project mandates, partnering closely with startup and scale-up businesses during critical growth phases.
Outside of work, Jon enjoys the occasional victories of Welsh rugby and football, and spending time with his family and dog along the English coast.
