He partners with disruptive, high-growth businesses, particularly VC and PE-backed software companies, helping them secure the leadership, GTM, and technology talent needed to scale across the UK, US, and international markets. Known for his consultative approach, Rory works closely with founders, investors, and C-suite leaders to shape talent strategies that support growth, expansion, and long-term value creation.
Outside of work, Rory enjoys spending time with his young family and is a dedicated supporter of Arsenal and Harlequins.
