Scout Global is partnered with a high-growth company operating at the intersection of AI security and digital trust, looking to hire a Strategic Account Manager to own and expand their most critical enterprise relationship.
This is a high-impact, strategic role managing major enterprise account across complex technical environments, working with global technology organisations on some of the most important security challenges in the AI era.
You will:
• Own the full commercial lifecycle of strategic enterprise accounts, including renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
• Build strong multi-threaded relationships across senior stakeholders across Security, Operations, Product, and Engineering
• Identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts and maximise long-term customer value
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear commercial outcomes and executive-level ROI
• Partner closely with internal technical teams and act as the voice of the customer to shape solutions and delivery
• Drive long-term growth across high-value enterprise partnerships in fast-moving, highly technical environments
What We’re Looking For
• 7+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or a similar commercial role managing large-scale accounts
• Strong technical fluency across AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or other complex technical environments
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments with a builder mindset
• Experience across cyber risk, malware, mobile security, or AI safety
