Sales Development Representative
Location: London (Hybrid)
Compensation: Up to £50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Strong Equity
Scout Global is partnering with a super early-stage Marketing/Sales Technology vendor looking to expand their GTM team with a founding SDR hire in the UK, reporting directly to the VP of Sales.
Our client is a fast-moving, seed-stage MarTech company on a mission to reinvent how brands engage, convert, and grow. Backed by leading investors and already working with early flagship customers, they are now hiring their first SDR to help build a pipeline and fuel their next stage of growth.
This is a rare opportunity to join a category-defining product at ground level and play a key role in shaping the outbound engine from day one.
What you’ll do
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls)
Identify and qualify mid-market and enterprise accounts
Book high-quality meetings for the founding Account Executive and leadership team
Partner closely with sales leadership to refine messaging and outbound strategy
Help build scalable outbound processes and playbooks
What you bring
6–24 months of experience in an SDR/BDR or sales-facing role (SaaS ideal)
Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging senior stakeholders
A proactive, resilient mindset with a strong desire to develop in sales
Interest in MarTech, AdTech, or GTM tools
Ambition to progress into an Account Executive role
