Location: California (Hybrid)
Salary: Circa $300k – $350k OTE (50/50) + stock/benefits
The Role
As a Strategic Account Executive, you’ll be a key driver of revenue growth across the Eastern territory in particular, owning the full sales cycle and partnering with some of the world’s most innovative organizations.
These guys are looking for a high-impact AE who thrives in fast-moving start-up environments and knows how to position complex, technical solutions at the C-suite level. You’ll be part of their early GTM team in the U.S., shaping the company’s market presence while helping strategic enterprises unlock the true potential of AI. What You'll Do & Achieve
- Drive net-new revenue across enterprise accounts while expanding and renewing existing relationships.
- Build trust with clients by deeply understanding their needs and tailoring compelling solutions.
- Own the complete sales cycle: outbound prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, pricing, negotiations and closing.
- Masterfully articulate the company's value proposition to business and technical stakeholders.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting within CRM.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with key decision-makers across IT, Data, Operations, and Innovation leadership.
- Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing on deal strategy and feedback loops.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly quotas.
- Stay at the forefront of AI and enterprise software trends, becoming a trusted advisor to prospects and customers.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of strategic enterprise sales experience, consistently meeting/exceeding quota
- Based in California and able to work from the San Mateo office 2 days per week
- Proven track record selling data analytics/BI solutions into large strategic organizations (Fortune 100/500)
- Experience closing deals at $500k and above consistently
- Comfortable in early-stage environments, ideally part of a founding or early GTM team before
- Strong history of driving net-new business and building multi-year, strategic customer relationships
- Able to operate credibly with CIOs, Chief Data Officers, Transformation leaders, and Innovation teams
- A strategic storyteller and strong presenter — exceptional communication skills
- A problem-solver who can simplify technical value into clear business outcomes
- Highly motivated, competitive, and energized by winning — a true hunter mentality
- Able to thrive with autonomy while collaborating cross-functionally
